Green Flash West Coast IPA
Stone Brewing (San Diego, CA) Hazy IPA 4% "It’s no secret that IPAs are our favorite beer style. They represent everything we believe beer should be: bold, flavorful and distinct. And while we’ve certainly enjoyed brewing high-ABV double IPAs over the years, we loved the challenge of packing all that bold character into a 4% IPA. With notes of dankness and citrus in a beautiful golden orange haze, this beer is brewed to celebrate neverending good times."
Maui Brewing Co. (Kihei, HI) Helles Lager - 4.8% "A clean, crisp & refreshing Helles, perfect any time"
Modern Times Beer (San Diego, CA) Sour - 4.8% "Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party."
Hell or High Watermelon
21st Amendment Brewery (San Leandro, CA) - 4.9% Watermelon Wheat beer "Like Lady Liberty, we stand for independence and perseverance. In the pursuit of innovative beer, there is no obstacle too great. No journey too long. No fruit too gigantic. This American wheat beer is brewed with real watermelon, for a flavor that’s surprisingly crisp, dry and refreshing"
This pilsner was brewed for our crew and all our fellow brewers out there! Inspired by the traditional pilsners of Northern Germany, Alluvium is brewed with 100% California grown and malted barley to get the crisp, clean finish that is a hallmark of German Pilsner. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. Prost!
Oskar Blues Brewery (Longmont, CO) - 5% Black Raspberry Boozy Sparkling Water "Can you take a little razzing? Jammy, sun-kissed berry flavors tease the palate, punctuated with cheeky tones of tart."
Anthem Brewing (Hood River, OR) - Pear Cider - 5.5% GF Anthem Cider finished with a blend of Barlett, Bosc and D’Anjou pears from Hood River, Oregon for the first 7 batches. Ripe pear aromas with a smooth unripe green pear skin finish.

Madewest Brewing Co. (Ventura, CA) Pale Ale - 5.6% "Heavily hopped West Coast style pale ale bursting with a bright citrus and fruity hop complexity. It has just enough malt presence to allow the loads of hops to shine through, including a generous dry hopping. This crisp hop forward beer has a dry refreshing finish."
Offshoot Brewery (Placentia, CA) Hoppy Pilsner - 5.7% Unwind features bright citrus and tropical hop notes with the clean, crisp finish of a hoppy pilsner.
Seismic Brewing (Sonoma County, CA) Barrel aged oatmeal stout - 6.5% "Our oatmeal stout, dense and creamy, aged for 3 months in bourbon barrels. Six different malts and two kinds of oats are used to make this contemporary version of a pub classic. Lighter in bitterness than traditional American Stout, oatmeal stout is a hat-tip to more English versions of the style. Combined with the vanilla, coconut, and toffee characteristics of 6-12 year old bourbon barrels, this is a powerhouse combo for beer and whiskey lovers alike."
Modern Times Beer Co. (San Diego, CA) - Hazy IPA 6.7% This delectable hazy IPA is packed to the brim with mountains of Nelson Motueka and Simcoe hops and fermented with London III yeast yielding a profile replete with mango nectarine and bright lime-zest character. Prepare your flavor receptacles for a pulse-quickening thrill ride through a garden of tropical delights.
Laguna Beach Beer Co. (Laguna Beach, CA) - 7% "Ruby Street represents the culmination of our quest to squeeze the most citrus flavor and aroma possible into an IPA. The foundation of Ruby Street is a generous Cascade dry hop, which is famously citrus-like and imparts massive grapefruit notes on its own. Not satisfied with a mere dry hopping, we finish the beer with hundreds of pounds of real Ruby Red Grapefruit to push the beer over the edge into citrus-overload."
Societe Brewing Co. (San Diego, CA) IPA 7.5% "The Pupil is a tropical hop triumph. Bright notes of guava & mango and a clean finish have made this a crowd favorite since day one. "
Duck Foot Brewing,( San Diego, CA) West Coast IPA 7.5% "Collaborating with the crazy curators at Kookslams. We mixed up a super fun and easy-drinking west coast IPA with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Mandarina Bavaria hops and a crisp and clean finish. Check out the big flavors of berries, tangerine and grapefruit."
Boulevard Brewery (Kansas City, MO) - 8.5% You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish. 16 oz Pour
Alesmith Brewing Co. (San Diego, CA) - 8.5% "Every year we anxiously await the warmer months to unleash this Double IPA, the summer edition of our former YuleSmith seasonals. The flavor imparts orange, grapefruit, and tangerine hop notes with earthy, spicy, and resinous pine undertones. A sturdy malt backbone balances out the profound hop bitterness to create a refreshingly assertive and vibrant beer that offers an unapologetically bold expression of fresh American hops."
Victory Brewing (Downington, PA) - Belgian style triple with added spice- 9.5% "Your trusty, refreshing, bright ale. Reach for Canteen when the journey gets thirsty. Bollini Chardonnay 2018 Bottle
In Trentino, the difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures helps create wines that are remarkably fresh and robust in aroma and flavor. These grapes are handpicked, destemmed and given a few hours of cold maceration. The grapes are then soft pressed before vinification with selected yeasts in a combination of temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and oak barriques (hence the name Barricato). After fermentation, the portion that is fermented in barrique undergoes malolactic fermentation and both parts rest on the lees, with stirring, before blending and bottling.

At the winery, the Syrah was blended with a bit of Viognier and some Grenache from 85-year-old vines. The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak, The Grenache added some breadth to the wine, particularly notes of wild strawberries. The Viognier brightened the color, contributing floral notes and softening the tannins. What's surprising about this Syrah is how soft it is on the front end. Flavors of blackberry jam, black cherry and vanilla are unveiled as you sip this wine and those notes stay in evidence through a lengthy finish
